1. How do I join Pharmacor Rewards?
There's nothing you need to do! You're already enrolled in Pharmacor Rewards through your Pharmacor Portal account. Simply place eligible orders through the portal to start earning Pill Points automatically.
2. How do I earn Pill Points?
You earn Pill Points every time you purchase eligible products through the Pharmacor Portal.
Points earned by tier:
• Silver – 1 Pill Point per $1 spent
• Gold – 3 Pill Points per $1 spent
• Platinum – 5 Pill Points per $1 spent
3. How do I move up a tier?
Your tier is based on your total eligible spend during the calendar year (January–December).
Annual eligible spend:
• Silver – Under $5,000
• Gold – $5,000 to $14,999
• Platinum – $15,000 or more
As soon as you reach the required spend, you'll automatically move into the higher tier.
4. How long do I keep my tier?
Once you reach Gold or Platinum, you'll keep that tier for the rest of the current calendar
year and the entire following calendar year. At the end of that period, you'll need to
re-qualify based on your eligible spend.
Example: If you reach Gold in August 2026, you'll keep Gold until 31 December 2027. During 2027, you'll need to spend enough to qualify for Gold again in 2028.
5. What can I redeem my Pill Points for?
Pill Points can be redeemed on eligible Pharmacor stock.
100 Pill Points = $1 in redemption value.
The more points you save, the more value you can redeem on future purchases.
6. What extra benefits do Gold and Platinum members receive?
In addition to earning more Pill Points per dollar spent, Gold and Platinum members
receive extra rewards, including:
• Exclusive promotional offers
• Stock Boost rewards
• Tier upgrade bonuses
• Exclusive member-only promotions throughout the year
Additional benefits may be introduced throughout the program.
7. Do my Pill Points expire?
Yes. Your entire Pill Points balance expires at once after 12 months of inactivity. Any eligible account activity (such as placing an eligible order or redeeming points) resets the expiry date. Your points do not expire individually—your balance simply remains active as long as your account continues to have activity.
8. What happens if I return or cancel an order?
If an eligible order is cancelled, refunded or credited, any Pill Points earned from that purchase will be adjusted or removed from your account. Your tier progress may also be updated if the returned order affects your eligible annual spend.
9. Can I redeem only part of my Pill Points balance?
Yes. You can choose how many available Pill Points you'd like to redeem on eligible purchases, subject to any minimum redemption requirements.
